Trainee
Engineers
As part of our commitment to the recruitment and development
of quality people, the Company offers modern apprenticeships
to 16-18 year olds.
Prior to undertaking an apprenticeship with the Company all
apprentices are invited to sit the relevant JTL Selection
Test and Company Interview. Following recruitment the apprentice
will have to complete a 4 year 4 stage apprenticeship.
The JTL training programmes have been designed to meet nationally
agreed standards, any employer recruiting a craft operative
who has successfully completed one of these programmes does
so in the knowledge that the industry’s occupational
standards of practical theoretical and safety competence have
been achieved.
JTL training facilities are monitored nationally by the industry
to ensure their continued compliance with the requirements
of the industry training programme.
